Activity and Compliance
Every rule change, team change, setting change, and connection, logged in real time.
The Activity page shows your account's complete history: every routing rule created, updated, or removed, every team member invited or changed, every setting update, every telephony or AI Assistant connection made or removed, and every billing event. Nothing is filtered or summarized. Every action that changes your account is recorded.
Real time visibility
The Activity page refreshes automatically about every twelve seconds while it is open, with a visible live indicator you can pause at any time. You do not need to reload the page to see a change made moments ago, including a change made by an Orenyx administrator on your behalf.
Exporting your activity log
- Select "Export CSV" at the top of the Activity page to download your complete log.
- This is the same export mechanism as Call Logs, and is available at any time with no date range limit.
Admin visibility
Orenyx platform administrators can see the same activity history for your account, alongside any administrative action they take on it, for support and account oversight. Every admin action is itself logged to your activity trail, so nothing an administrator does to your account happens invisibly.
