Billing and Plans
Billing is separate from setup. You can start configuring your account before choosing a plan.
Plans
- $29 per month. For a single number and light call volume.
- $79 per month. For higher call volume and a larger team.
- $199 per month. For businesses running the AI assistant heavily, or with multiple locations.
Managing your subscription
From the Billing page in your dashboard, you can start a subscription, change plans, or open Stripe's own billing portal to update your card or download invoices. Cancelling keeps your account active through the end of the current billing period, rather than ending it immediately.
Bringing your own Anthropic API key, see AI Assistant, does not change your Voice Dispatch plan price. It just means AI usage is billed to your own Anthropic account instead of counting against Orenyx's built in key. The same applies to a connected ElevenLabs account for voice.
What every plan includes
Call routing, the IVR menu, live call transfer with Browser Calling, the Call and IVR Simulator, call recordings, and your activity and compliance log are available on every plan. Plans differ by call volume and AI assistant usage, not by which features are unlocked.
