Getting Started

Connect your own phone number. This is the first step — everything else depends on it.

Voice Dispatch doesn't provide phone numbers itself. You bring your own number through a Twilio account (yours, not shared with any other Voice Dispatch business), and this dashboard connects to it. If you don't have a Twilio account yet, create one at twilio.com and buy a number before starting here — that part happens on Twilio's side, not ours.

Steps

1

Get your Twilio credentials

From the Twilio Console, copy your Account SID and Auth Token, and note the phone number you want to use.
2

Connect them in Integrations → Twilio

Paste your Account SID, Auth Token, and phone number into the Twilio card on your Integrations page, and save. Your Auth Token is encrypted before it's stored — nobody at Orenyx can read it back in plain text.
3

Point your Twilio number at Voice Dispatch

In the Twilio Console, set your number's voice webhook to your Voice Dispatch call URL (shown on the Twilio integration page once connected). This is the one step that happens on Twilio's side — after this, you never need to go back to the Twilio Console for normal day-to-day use.
4

Confirm it's connected

The Integrations page shows a live "Connected" status once Twilio accepts your credentials. If it doesn't turn green, double-check the Account SID and Auth Token — a typo here is the most common reason this step fails.
If you already had this number connected to a different service, pointing its webhook at Voice Dispatch replaces that — calls will stop going to whatever it was pointed at before. Only do this once you're ready to actually use Voice Dispatch for that number.
