Call Logs and Recordings

Every real call to your number, with its outcome, and a recording where one exists.

Call Logs

The Call Logs page lists every real call to your connected number: who called, when, how long it lasted, and how it was handled, whether that was a team transfer, the AI assistant, or voicemail. Test calls placed from the Call and IVR Simulator are excluded automatically, so this page always reflects real customer activity only.

  • Select "Export CSV" at the top of the page to download your complete call history.
  • A transferred call shows its specific outcome: connected, no answer, busy, or failed, instead of a single generic status.

Recordings

When a call is recorded, whether that is a voicemail message or an AI assistant conversation, a play button appears next to that entry in Call Logs. Recordings are downloaded automatically the moment they finish processing and stored permanently in your own private storage, rather than only living on the telephony provider's servers.

Because recordings are stored durably, playback keeps working even long after the telephony provider's own copy would have expired. Any call recorded before this was introduced continues to play back through the original method as a fallback.

Who can hear a recording

Recordings are only ever accessible to your own account. Playback works through a short lived, secure link generated on demand, and nobody outside your business, aside from Orenyx platform administrators handling support or compliance, can access them.
